As part of registration, we require information from you for two purposes:

1) To ensure that you register securely, for example, your name, email & password.
2) For ongoing research. (Please note your data is not shared with any third party. In some cases anonymised information will be shared with Healthcare Professionals to support ongoing services).

If you are a Healthcare Professional and are using the app to demonstrate to your patients please input your own details where it asks for the patient's details. This is stored separately to anonymised patient information and will not impact epidemiological data for care.
